chest breast shoulders between shoulder blades pain tummy trouble feel tired weak just to say a few problems heart trouble ruled out and gall stones i am 40 years old is it early signsof menopause

hi thank you so much for your reply ,i am sorry but my spellings and grammer are poor ,the pains in my chest,breast shoulders and shoulder blades have been for a year or so .i have had blood works .echo grame tread mill stress test also the heart test with radio active med and they scan your heart so itis not my heart .I also had a scan to see if i had gall stones i dont .so all tests i have had are ok.the reason i am down is because i worry about my self and i am so glad that is is not my heart as ilost my dad when he was 57 with issimic heart he had no symptoms of a bad heart went to work and died .As for my gyny problems when i recently went in to hosptial i was going to have the lining of my womb taken out its a thing they do for heavy bleeding i could not have it done as my womb was too small,and the doctor said she thinks i may be at the begining of the change ,i am so sick of going to the doctors with the chest breast ect pain ,i feel they think i am mad as the tests i have had done are fine .but the pain is there i promise ,i am going toi join a slimmers club and start walking i am over weight but not lots .i dont like taking tablets and meds ,so i am going to look into trying natural things ,supplements vitamins ect,i just want to feel well.Iam having quite abad period this month its no more heavy then it is always but i am losing clots and yesterday ilost a really big one ,apart from missing peroids i can tick most of the boxes for the menopause .I am so happy i have found some one to talk to .
