Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

The menstrual cycle can change for many reasons, including getting older or changing hormones.
How old are you? If you are over 35/40, your cycle may be getting shorter due to age.

Our cycles will be different at 30 to where it was at 15 etc. You can mention these changes to your doctor on your next visits. Some blood tests can let you know where your hormones stand.
Best,
Susan
