Giving your boyfriend oral sex and a hand job isn't going to get you pregnant. Discharge varies depending on the time of the month, excitability, etc. A clear, "stretchy" discharge is very normal and not a reason for concern-- it also doesn't mean that you are pregnant. If your discharge has a greenish color or foul odor then that's a reason to worry about a possible infection.
