Hi, lately I have been having a lot of post nasal drip and off and on acid reflux for the past months. 2wks ago my throat became scratchy n i kissed my boyfriend and gave him the symptoms. A week after that it became slightly sore. My tonsils had developed white spots on it I had this awful taste in my mouth I took some doxycycline for a few days. I took my last pill Monday. The taste is still there and yesterday after eating spaghetti about 25mins later I had a fullness in my throat that is still there!!!! Could these symptoms be due to kissing ,allergies or Laryngopharyngeal Reflux?????

Welcome back. Like I had posted in your previous ask. You need to see your doctor, white spots is usually due to an infection. The fact you past the symptoms to your boyfriend, it's not allergies. Allergies are not contagious.

I went to the Doc and he told me I had Rhinitis and for the lump in lump in the throat it was due to post nasal drip. A lot of pollen has been falling and he said he been seeing this case a lot lately. Thank you for your patients I appreciate your replies
