Q:

Could I be pregnant?

In November, I started my period a week early. This was really weird because at that time I was on the pill. I quit taking the pill after that cycle, which lasted for 2 weeks. December 7th, I had very light spotting for three days. Now, Dec. 17, which is 28 days after my last period started, I have not started yet. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. Should I wait until next week when my period was supposed to start to take another or should I take this as I'm not pregnant?

Hi anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  You should wait around the time your period is due and take a home pregnancy test.  If you keep having changes on your cycles. You need to let your doctor know.  He might need to change your birth control pills.

Best,

Daisy
