hi im 19 years old and ive been having pregnant like symptoms including, tender breasts, nipples have enlarged, tired very often, nausea, heartburn, stomache pains, and food cravings. Also i had very bad shooting pains in my lower abdomen on the left side about 2 weeks ago for about 3-4 days. I got my period today so im kind of ruling out pregnancy but i heard that it is possible but what else could it be?
