Well first and foremost im a virgin and a few days ago me and my boyfriend were making out, completely naked, and did a little genital-to-genital contact (rubbing).I think he might have ejaculated on me, if so, is there a chance I could be pregnant????....or in cases where he does not ejaculate but bodily fluids are in contact with me????

Although your boyfriend physically did not insert his penis into your vagina, the fact that you were both naked and he either pre-ejaculated or ejaculated while rubbing on your genitals means that yes you can get pregnant. Your chances are not that of a person who has had intercourse but the possibility is there.
Please keep in mind that anytime body fluids are exchanged there is also an increased risk for STD's. The best method to help prevent STD's is the use of condoms or not having sex at all.
