Are there any symptoms exclusive pre-menstrual cycle or are they ALWAYS interchangeable between PMS and early pregnancy signs?

*Last dosage of Nordette (as an ECP) March or April; bleeding for May was 5 days late -- does this mean it's only "acceptable" for my period to be late as well for June because I stopped taking Nordette 3rd or 4th week March?
