My husband and I are ttc I was suppose to get my period on November 8th. The 8th came and went for two weeks still no period. Then on November 23rd I woke up in the morning and immediately went to the bathroom and was bleeding a lot. That night I was cramping. I continued to bleed the 24th and the 25th today it is gone. Can I be pregnant or miscarried? Or maybe implantation bleeding I'm not sure.

It could have been a late period also. There is really no way I can tell you exactly what happened. Even though the bleeding has stopped, if you are still concerned, call your doctor and explain what happened. He or she may want you to come in to be checked.
