Do I have even a small risk of pregnancy?

This sounds awfully stupid but could you please tell me what risk I have of being preganant?
So I may or may not have got a little bit of pre-ejaculte on my hands, and about half and hour to an hour later I had a shower and washed myself down there and also went to the toilet and was wondering if any could have got on the tissue? I washed my hands before hand. So does washing hands with just water get rid of sperm? Once it's dry is it dead, even when re-moistured? What is the likely hood of getting pregnant while on your period? And is there any way at all you can get pregnant without having sex (apart from ivf etc) thanks in advance! :)

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHER,
I'd love to give you some helpful information on the subject.
Sperm only lasts a few minutes in open air. After showering, and washing your hands the sperm was not only dead, but down the drain. There is no possibility of pregnancy in this case.
Ejaculation into the vagina must occur in order for sperm to pass the cervix. There are millions of sperm in one ejaculation, however females only produce one egg. If the egg is not fertilized without a few days of ovulation you will not become pregnant.
With that being said, I hope you understand that since you did not have intercourse you cannot become pregnant.
