I am not wearing any bra at home .. my breasts aren't too small or too big i am 36 B
But lately i notice that my breast looking some how apart from each other (triangle shape) nipples to look outside direction of my body. they are not looking odd but i am afraid that not wearing bra would made them look flabby or not normally up supported. Is that true or it's just the shape of my breasts ?

Hi MirooMiroo,
As I began researching the answer to your question...I did not realize how controversial this topic is! You can read other women's comments at this article: Should I wear a bra all the time, but please know the replies are mostly anectodal and not based on fact.

Pat Elliott's response is credible and medically accurate: "The chances of having breast cancer are not affected in any way by whether or not you wear a bra." Otherwise, it seems as it depends more on your comfort level, and wearing a bra has not been "proven" to cause or prevent breasts from "sagging".

Most likely, your last statement is true...this is your normal breast shape, and please know that your breast shape and size will change over time, too! (Due to age, pregnancy, weight changes, etc).
