Does anyone know a good PCP and cardiologist in Northwest Phoenix?

Hello everyone, a woman who lives in Phoenix asked me this question in my "ASK Michelle" section and I wanted to see if anyone here could help her out:

"I live in Phx and would like to have a family physician and cardiologist. My family physician transferred and I need to make a choice. I would like the physicians to be located on the North West part of the city."
