I had depression 4 years ago and it was treated for two years and for the last two years I don't feel depressed any more but there are some problems
Before the depression I had no problem watching a film including a person abused or tied or to some degree raped even. However I can't watch any of them now. I can't bear it and I go to another room when something like it is on TV. I also cannot watch any movie that's emotional.
I think my depression is gone but is it normal for me to have such problems?
because I didn't have them before it.

Depression and the other, recent symptoms you mention can all originate from trapped celullar memories. The reason a situation really "gets to us", even if it's just portrayed on a TV show, is because we have had a previous experience that caused the same feeling we weren't able to appropriately deal with. So, that emotion gets trapped and then when we experience something that makes us feel the same way later, it "hooks" into that previous trapped emotion and kind of puts us right back in that same state of mind/body.
July 11, 2012 - 5:50pmEnergy psychology techniques such as The Emotion Code, The Healing Code, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can all be wonderful tools to easily remove those old trapped emotions. You can read more about these techniques here: http://www.holistichealthdiy.com/emotional.html
They have really changed my life for the better, more than I can ever describe. I love sharing my experience and helping others learn to use these tools.

July 6, 2012 - 9:36ambut I don't have these symptoms
I am happy and I don't feel fatigue much, I say much because I have anemia that's why I may have fatigue sometimes and actually my depression started before because of this illness actually
that is I don't feel like I am in depression but I have a tremendous difficulty in remembering something, especially a name of somebody I know a few years ago or from where I know him or her or a word in my second language English
That's why I am confused because I feel very happy
and I really thank you for your time and effort

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. If you have experienced depression before, they could be a chance you might be experiencing it again. Here are some of the signs to look for. If you feel any of these for over two weeks, it might be important to see your doctor and explain your symptoms.
Here are some resources for you
