Hi, I really need someones advice on something really important which is my mother has lots of stress and anxiety and I found out she was talking to a social worker. I have the social workers contact information and my mother doesn't know about it. My father has problems and I know my mother's stress is mostly because of him. My mother changed the past three months in a way to do positive things which is good of course but their is one main thing she is doing that is causing her more problem for herself and others. We are Jewish and Friday's at sundown until Saturday evening is Sabbath and what she is doing is that she doesn't want to use car at all to go synagogue and she walks all the way there which is more than 1 hour walking. My mother doesnt have the energy to do that and when she gets bored at home during Sabbath she mumbles around a lot. She gets on my nerves like this to.
What she is doing is wrong in bothering herself like this and others. What ever I say it doesn't help. I want to know for such behavior and the kind of problems my father has does it make sense that I speak to a psychologist? I always feel in between in matters like this and I don't know what to do. Recently I feel sick in my stomach from the way they are. I have to do something sooner especially before my mother goes to far in being to much during Sabbath. I'm afraid God forbid something happen. This past week I couldn't do much because of the holiday Passover. Tuesday the holiday ends and Wednesday things go back to normal. I keep thinking I should go to a psychologist right away, I want to know does it really make sense that I go? I feel so weird just by thinking of going I don't want them to think weird of me. Please let me know in what you think about this.
Thank You So Much,
