Exact nipple pain/swelling/redness etc

OUCH! I have a sharp and stinging kind of pain that is localized to my left nipple. The area of the areola towards the far left side and top is swollen and there are raised bumps. I'm 26, had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and I am on HRT and my levels are normal. What the heck is going on?!
