Fatigue and sleepy all the time; no energy

Last month I had a horrible headache for a day and this month for two days. I have no energy; I have to force myself to do even small chores. No interest to do the things I used to.

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for you question. So sorry to hear how you are feeling. Headaches can interfere with our daily life. There can be many causes to your headache and fatigue like dehydration, Hypoglycemia which occurs when your body is low on glucose and this can cause fatigue, headaches and rapid heart rate.
Many things can be the cause of your headaches. That's why it's important to see you doctor if the headaches continue.
