having pain in right side, what will happen if I don't have galblatter removed

HI Anon,

Welcome to Empowher.  Has your doctor told you the pain is because you have gallstones.  Most gallstones do not cause problems. But if they block a duct, they usually need treatment. you may have pain with fever and chills. Or your skin or the whites of your eyes may turn yellow. Having stones in your bile duct increases your chance of having a swollen pancreas.
