Hi. M 36yr old asian lady and a mother of two young kids. Hypothyroidism is the only medical issue of mine but the current lab tests shows tht everything is undercontrol with the regular in take of tab.Thyroxine. My recent problem is tht the duration of my monthly menstruation flow is decreasing gradually. I mean since the adolescence i used to mensutrate 6-9 consecutive days in a month &usually i m habbitual of a prolonged menses cycle (means the monthly cycle repeats itself at least after 30/35/38days) with usually a habbit of heavy blood flow fr the early 3/4 days thn gradually flow decreases n finally just blood spotting fr the last two days ... but suddenly i m feeling a prominent change in this routine, i.e. now since last so many months i feel tht i bleed hardly fr the 1st 3days but not as heavy as i used to hd before &finally within 5days i feel total freedom of tht esp monthly periods... can u plz tell me if there is anything suspicious in this sudden change of my menses habbit? Wht is menupause? M i heading towards tht phase in such a early age? Or what? Feeling too much worried abt this sudden physiological change in me :-(
