Left side top of head, painful, throbbing, Left side neck pain up to th e head.. sometime is hurts sitting on the couch, lying down on the couch,, comes & goes, but scary.. what can this be? please advise,,, seeing a GP on Monday,,,

Some common causes of headaches include but are not limited to:
--allergies (food, plants, animals etc)
--side effect of medication
--a concussion
--ear infections
--spinal headaches
Here are a few symbols that can signify a serious issue:
---headaches accompanied by a stiff neck, fever, vomiting, confusion, blurred vision, dizziness
--headaches that are very painful in the morning and then improves throughout the day
