Headache that moves

I constantly get headaches that is predominately in my right temple, but sometimes move from side to side of my temples and to the top of my head, behind my ear, on my cheekbone. It feels like an intense pressure. Is this tension headache?

The main symptom of a tension headache is pain on both sides of the head associated with pain in the face, back of the head or neck. A headache that is constant, not throbbing. You can read in more detail about tension headaches from this resource.
