headache when lying down

I keep having persistent headache whenever I lie down and also on exposure to sun. please I need advice on how to treat this.

Sometimes headaches are caused by something simple like dehydration. Other causes could be bad circulation, asthma, allergies etc. I suggest that you start by drinking 11 cups or more of water daily. Seeing an allergist and being tested for allergies may reveal allergies that could be the culprit. If the problem persists you may need an MRI.
