Hi Margaret194,
Hard, red spots under your skin on your face would not be a side effect of quitting smoking. Can you call your doctor and have these checked?
Congratulations on quitting smoking! Let us know what other information you need. Are these spots painful? Do they come-and-go or are they becoming more numerous? (I'm wondering if you are experiencing hives or an allergic reaction?)
