Aslay,

Miscortes gave you a good list of things that might cause you pain in that area. I am wondering how long you've had this pain?

And exactly what does the pain feel like? You said it "burns" and "hurts;" I am wondering if it hurts like heartburn or gastric reflux? Or if it is more of a stabbing type pain?

Does it give you any nausea?

Does it start first thing in the morning? Or after you have been up for a while?

Do you spend a lot of time on your feet in everyday life? What kind of work do you do? Does it involve lifting?

And does it feel like the pain is just under your skin, or deep inside? Or even more toward your back?

Give us a few more details here, it may help us figure something out for you.

No not pregnant, and I only experience it when being active on my feet like walking bending over a lot or things like that. It does go away after I sit for a while!

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the pain. Research on Abdopain.com provided the following conditions commonly associated with right abdominal pain in both men and women:

If you have recent onset right hand side abdominal pain, it is worth considering if you are having any of the following . They are:
1.Biliary colic or Gallstones
2.Cholecystitis or inflammation of the gallbladder
3.Duodenal ulcers
4.Kidney Stones / ureteric stones
5.Appendicitis
6.Ovarian cyst
7.Ectopic pregnancy
8.Constipation
9.Pulled muscle
10.Trapped wind
You indicated that you are experiencing burning sensations when you walk. Do you have these feelings when you are sitting or lying down as well?

Is there any chance you are pregnant? Are you experiencing any vaginal bleeding? Loss of weight? Are you eating? Blood in your stool?

Can you provide a little more information so we may try to help you a little more?
