Thank you for your question.

Did you and your partner do some things differently? Was it rougher or deeper? Did you try any different position?

With any type of physical activity, if you are dehydrated, you can become nauseated. Just think about a time you've felt naustious after working out. These are all potential reasons that could create the symptoms you're having.

When is your next period? Is the time for your next menstrual period to start? That could be the cause of your bloating.

If the symptoms persist, talk with your doctor about it.
