Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
In general, the drug crocin does not effect pregnancy. Your main objective needs to be finding the root cause of your migraines.
Women prone to migraines before pregnancy, unfortunately tend to have stronger migraines during pregnancy. Migraines during pregnancy are only a problem if they are a sign of something else. Signs to watch for are: fevers, migraines lasting for hours or frequently return, and blurred vision.
Since your migraines do return frequently, you need to see a doctor right away.
