How can I add more protein to my diet?

I went to the doctor recently due to problems with my hormones. It turns out that I have low blood sugar and need to eat increased amounts of protein, especially during my period. My doctor believes that increased protein in my diet will prevent nausea and help me gain more weight in muscle.

Do you have any tips for adding more protein to my diet?
