I am 30 years old I have 1 kids after I don't have period how can I start back to period

Doctors usually suggest taking birth control pills to help get your period back on track. Your first step is to see a gynecologist and get a pap smear. Keep in mind that not having a period, does not necessarily indicate a problem.
