Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your post. In order to get rid of hyperpigmented spots on your face, you must be given a prescription to treat it. I hesitate to advise on over the counter products for anything that goes on your face at the risk of it possibly getting worse, not better.

Please see a dermatologist so that s/he can prescribe an effective topical agent for the spots and pimples.
