Thanks for your question, but I would need some more information in order to provide you with the best information.

Why are you wanting to taper your HRT? Do you have doctor's orders to do so, and if so, what has your doctor recommended? Do you have medical reasons to do this, are you experiencing symptoms from the HRT, or any other reason? Are you looking into other options to try after HRT?

And, why are you using HRT...is this doctor recommended from reaching menopause, or another condition?
