How long do it take someone to wake up from a stroke. My sister is 80 yrs old but she was active like a 60 yrs old person. She had afib and blood vessel busted. She can hear us and open and close her true. It's been three werks

I'm sorry your sister is so ill. This is not something anyone can predict without having specific details about the cause of the coma, the size of the stroke, the type of stroke, etc.  Things only her doctor can know.  However, in general, if an elderly person slips into a coma after a stroke, it's very concerning as to the prognosis.  You can know more from the doctor(s) who are treating her.
