Hello, Anon.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you are going through this.

Everyone grieves differently. But if you understand your emotions, take care of yourself, and seek support, you can heal. Most especially, forgive yourself. None of us are perfect, we do the best we can. Your loved ones would not want you to feel guilty.

Things that can help you come to terms with your loss and begin to heal:

Give yourself time. Accept your feelings and know that grieving is a process.
Talk to others. Don’t isolate yourself.
Take care of yourself. Exercise regularly, eat well.
When you are able, get back to the activities that bring you joy.
Join a support group. Speak with others who are also grieving. It can help you feel more connected.

Additional information that I hope will help. Copy/paste the link.
