Dear Anon,

Thanks for reaching out to EmpowHer!

When you say PMS, are you referring to not having a period in a year?
Or PMS which stands for Pre-Menstrual Syndrome?

I will assume you mean your period has stopped. There are many reasons for late, irregular or stopped periods: illness, (stress) hormonal imbalance, a thyroid condition. The only way to know what is going on inside your body is to see your doctor for a thorough exam. He or she may order blood tests as well.

All the best,
Helena
