I am 45 and in good health. I got my period twice in a month for the past two, and maybe a few months back. I am normally regular. I am due to see my obgyn; but curious to understand what this could be. Thanks, Stacey

It's good you are seeing your doctor. Irregularity in your period can be a sign of many things, including perimenopause.
