i am 69 days late on my period and i took one test a week ago and it came out negative and still no period help me

I suggest you see your gynecologist. He or she will do an exam and most likely order blood tests to see what is going on. It could be a hormonal imbalance, a thyroid issue. Even stress can mess with your cycle. The only way to know is to see a doctor. Keep us updated.
