I am female, over 60, I am on 2 blood pressure meds, but been feeling weird. sys when I check is 149, but diastolic was 69, is this a sign of problems? or could it be because I have maybe an infection or something?

Your diastolic pressure is fine - 60 and under is considered low - but your systolic is very high. Your meds are not working or they need to be readjusted. Please seek medical advice.
