Whenever I exert myself in the least, I perspire more than usual. I have weighed far more than I do now but have never perspired as much as I do now. I am looking for solutions and don't know where to turn.

No, I don't have night sweats at all. I just perspire excessively when exerting myself.

oh, I'm sorry I mis-read your initial question!
Do you find that you perspire excessively in other situations, or only when exerting yourself?
Just to rule out a medical condition, there is a condition called Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
If this does not sound like it pertains to you, can you tell us more about your symptoms, how long they last, and what you have already tried as a remedy?
You may also want to look at the links I sent, as there are some tips and remedies for perspiring heavily within the hot flashes/night sweats realm that can apply to during the day.

Bet-zee,
Night sweats are common through menopause, and a few women have shared some of their tips for keeping the excessive perspiration at a minimum (including using satin pillowcases):
- EmpowHer discussion: Menopause hot flashes and more
- EmpowHer discussion: Night Sweats
Let us know if any of these tips work, or if you would like more information.
