It is completely normal to have some secretion at different points in your menstrual cycle. If your secretion bothers you or concerns you, you can schedule and appointment to get checked out, or start wearing a panty liner every day to absorb excess secretion. It should not make you hate yourself. If you notice it is yellow in color, or if it has a foul odor, you definitely need to be seen by a doctor as you may have an infection.
