I felt extremely "out of it" on period

The second day of my period I felt very dizzy, strange, fatigued, blurry vision... Is this from loss of blood?

Guide

Hello and thank you for using EmpowHer,
Having a period can be very taxing on the body because of the muscle contractions, hormonal changes, and blood loss. You have the symptoms of both dehydration and anemia, so you could have a combination of both.
I suggest you start making a point to drink 9 cups or 2 liters of water daily and also start taking iron supplements.
Anemia is pretty common in women and the supplements will always help even if you only borderline anemic.
