Hi Pavithran84-

It's a little early to be able to tell if you are pregnant. Some women get pain with ovulation, although with where you say you are in your cycle, you may already have ovulated. You don't say what kind of pain it is; throbbing, aching, stabbing, etc., but that is a common spot to feel discomfort if you are constipated as well.

If you wait 10 -14 days you should be able to take an over the counter pregnancy test. Read the box because different brands recommend different waiting periods.

We get a lot of questions like yours and have a section on the reproductive system that may be of help to you: https://www.empowher.com/condition/reproductive-system

Good luck.
