I feel as though I just ran a marathon with very little walking and sometimes just standing.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

The first thought is that you may have another blockage.

There are many other reasons for shortness of breath:

Anaphylaxis

Anemia

Diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2)

Heart Attack

Kidney Failure

Obesity

Occupational Asthma

Pulmonary Edema

Pulmonary Fibrosis

Pulmonary Hypertension

Anon, it sound like your shortness of breath is quite severe. Please see your doctor for further help.
Best,
Susan
