I had a period in March then missed one in April. I came on 3 weeks later in May but have now missed this months.

I had a period in March but then didnt have one in April. Thought i may be pregnant but had a period in May - not spotting but definatly a period. Now i am two weeks late again - whats going on?

Whether you have a missed or irregular period, it does not mean something is wrong necessarily. It usually means that your body simply could not create the necessary hormones that month to produce a regular period.
This is no cause for alarm and very common.
It is only necessary to have a regular period if you want to get pregnant or you have severe symptoms such as debilitating cramps, but no bleeding.
