They should have told why and if not, you should definitely ask them. I am assuming it's because they found something that was not present before when comparing the new images to your past ones. This happened to me twice. One time it was a cyst, another time a calcification. Most times, additional testing is nothing to worry about, but if they are asking for additional images, it's best to have them done. Speak with your doctor.
