Q: 

I had right hip replacement and I am apprehensive when making love or wanting to get my freak on with out causing a dislocation. I did open a little to wide and had pain for two weeks in the leg but not the hip any sugesstion on postions that are good?

Honestly, discomfort or pain should be your guide as this point, as well as a very gentle partner who is willing to stop at any point. There are a few sexual positions that do not require opening your hips wide; many of these positions are the same recommended for women in later-stage pregnancy (larger belly may be "in the way"). One suggestion includes laying on your side, with your partner behind you ("spooning" you), and other variations that feel OK on your hip and legs.
