i have a small pimple in the nipple near the brown....it is dangerous?? pls help me im so afraid...

Without knowing what this pimple is (it could be an ingrown hair or a skin tag or something else) you can't treat it. It may go away on it's own - it could be a pimple. The nipple is made of skin. But if it does not go away, you will need to have it seen by a medical professional.
