i had unprotected sex a week ago and took ipill bt today 26/11/011 i spotted . do i need plan B pills ? am i pregnant ? helpp

Dear Anonymous,

You are likely spotting due to the ipill. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, and menstrual changes.

If your period is more than one week late, please take a pregnancy test. Taking Plan B is not advised and will not be effective 1 week after sex anyway.
