Your boyfriend may be imagining porn images when having sex with you so kissing or eye contact with a real woman would "ruin" his experience since he has become so exposed to porn.
Many men who watch a lot of porn get completely desensitized to real women. At only 7 months into your relationship you shouldn't be fighting at all - this should be a honeymoon period of romance and fun.
You simply may not be compatible if he is choosing porn over you and you're fighting a lot. Talk to him about how you feel - tell him you miss the intimacy and you'd love to be closer to him - and see if he'll work with you on your relationship. If he won't it's probably time to move on.
