Q:

I have glaucoma -- and I have been having these terrible migraines on my left side of my head -- how can I be sure that the headache is related to the glaucome or is just sinus /cluster headache.

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. There certainly can be correlation between your migraines and your glaucoma if you’re having eye sight issues. You should see your doctor about possible solutions as there are treatments for both the glaucoma and migraines as I am unsure if you are already seeking treatment. Here is some additional information about glaucoma for you just in case https://www.empowher.com/glaucoma/content/glaucoma-what-it-and-how-its-treated?page=0,1.

I hope this helps. Keep us posted.
