I've been to 2 different chiropractors and they have tried to get it to stay in alignment and not "sticking" out. How can I get this problem corrected? How can I get a curve back in my neck?

Hello Laurie3cats,
You should begin by scheduling an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. You can expect to have a physical examination, an x-ray of your neck and spine, and possibly an MRI of the spine.
Once the results of the examination and diagnostic testing have been evaluated, the orthopedic surgeon can make a diagnosis and recommend treatment.
Please keep us updated.

I had an MRI and xrays almost 2 years ago. My primary dr and ortho did not seem to find anything from them that would cause my pain and I am getting very frustrated. I've tried many different Pt's, massage therapists, acupuncturist, and only felt a little relief with some chiropractic and steroid. I feel like the dr's are giving up because they can't find anything and just sending me to deal with this on my own. A chiro took xrays but my dr will not acknowledge them. Would it be wise to get another MRI or xray?

Hello Laurie3cats,
This is just a thought- if the x-rays and an MRI showed no abnormality that could be causing the pain, maybe the cause is not bone or soft tissue, but neurological.
From my own personal health experience with a rare form of brain cancer, I can say that finding the right physician and the right treatment made the difference from nearly dying to being alive today.
I suggest getting an evaluation with a neurologist.
