cutenchillen - We are not doctors, and we do not provide medical diagnoses. What we can do is provide information to help you help yourself. If you think you may have a panic disorder, then please go to this page which provides an overview and then you can use the links on the left side to get to additional pages with more information. https://www.empowher.com/condition/panic-disorder/definition

If you feel you have this medical condition after reviewing the information then you need to see a medical professional. If you feel your breathing issues are due to another type of medical condition, such as one involving lung impairment, you would also need to see a medical professional.

It's important that you get help before you are in a situation where you are hurt or injured because you can't breathe. Take care of yourself, and good luck!

cutenchillen - Having difficulty in breathing can be caused by many things, and left untreated can be fatal. You need to see a medical profession for an evaluation, diagnosis and appropriate treatment. This is not something you should attempt to treat on your own. Let us know what you learn, and good luck to you.
