i have itching in my left side breast nipple so much & then it will pain,little dark portion create on nipple,no swelling or leaking but i feel like sumthing heavy on left side nipple,is there any cream to apply for it?or what meditation i should take?

Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Have you noticed when you get this itching and pain in your breast/nipple? When does it fall in your menstrual cycle? Do you perform regular breast self-examinations? If you are concerned about this problem, you definitely should see your doctor to be checked out. It is possible it could be an infection of some sort, or it also could be harmless hormone-induced sensations. We are not doctors and cannot diagnose or treat you.
